Building a portfolio that converts
Published
Your portfolio is your most powerful sales tool. But most portfolios are organized around projects rather than outcomes. Clients do not buy design — they buy results. Structure your case studies around the problem, the approach, and the measurable impact. Include metrics where possible: conversion rates, engagement lifts, time saved. If you cannot share exact numbers, describe the qualitative impact. The goal is to help potential clients imagine what working with you will feel like and what they will walk away with.
